Support for the mother you're becoming —
and the baby you're learning, loving, and growing alongside.
Whole-person care from pregnancy through postpartum, holding the practical questions and the identity shift in the same place.
Maybe it's 2:47 a.m. and you have fifteen tabs open. One about what to put on your registry. One about birth preferences. One about postpartum recovery. One about feeding. One about sleep. One about baby development. One about whether what you're feeling is normal.
And somewhere underneath all of it is a quieter question: Who am I becoming?
Most support separates the baby questions from the mother questions. You go one place for birth. Another for feeding. Another for development. Another for your emotions. Another for postpartum recovery. Another for the part of you that knows life is about to change — or already has.
But motherhood does not happen in separate categories.
Your birth preparation affects your nervous system. Your healing body affects your daily routines. Your baby's sleep affects your capacity. Your baby's development affects your confidence. Your identity shift affects your relationships, your sense of self, and the way you move through the day.
You do not need more scattered advice.
You need one place where the whole picture can be held.
You are becoming someone new.
And your baby does not just need a prepared nursery, a perfect registry,
or the right list of products.
Your baby needs a supported mother.
Be & Become offers whole-person care for the mother and the baby,
and the quiet identity shift that happens in between.
Support for your body, your mind, your nervous system, your daily life, your postpartum plan,
your baby questions, your relationships, your rhythms, and the version of you that is still taking shape.
So you can move through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood with
more steadiness, confidence, and support — for both of you.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
You begin to understand what is normal for your body, your baby, and the version of you that is still becoming.
Your days start to feel more doable, not because everything is suddenly easy, but because your routines, rhythms, nervous system, and support systems are being built around you.
You learn to prepare for birth, postpartum, and baby’s needs with more confidence, instead of trying to figure it all out alone.
You stop starting over every time something changes, because someone already knows you, your baby, your season, and the whole picture.
The fear, grief, tenderness, and identity shifts get named, not minimized.
The mother you are becoming starts to feel less like a stranger.
You stop white-knuckling the transition and start moving through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood with actual support underneath you.
Motherhood does not change just one part of your life.
It changes your routines, your body, your nervous system, your relationships,
your identity, your baby’s needs, and the way you move through each day.
So instead of looking at one isolated factor at a time, Be & Become holds the full transition of becoming a mother. For you & your baby.
Together, we support four parts of your experience:
what you’re doing
how you’re feeling,
who you’re becoming
and how held you feel along the way.
This is the practical support of motherhood — birth preparation, postpartum planning, feeding rhythms, sleep foundations, baby development, daily routines, rest, home life, and caring for your body while caring for your baby.
Because sometimes what looks like overwhelm is actually an unsupported routine. Sometimes what looks like anxiety is too many decisions with too little guidance.
And sometimes what you need most is someone to help make life feel doable again.
This is the part of motherhood that lives beneath the schedule. The tension in your body. The overstimulation. The moments when you feel touched out, overwhelmed, numb, anxious, or unlike yourself.
Here, we support your capacity to feel present in your own life again.
Not just functioning. Not just getting through. But being here, in your body, in this season, with more steadiness and support.
Matrescence is the process of becoming a mother — a biological, psychological, emotional, relational, and identity-level transition. This transition is named and held as a developmental passage, not a side effect of birth.
Together, we prepare for it before your baby arrives and support you through it after — so you are not meeting one of the biggest identity shifts of your life without language, care, or guidance.
Motherhood was never meant to happen in isolation, but so many mothers are trying to do it without the kind of village their nervous systems were built for.
Belonging includes attachment, co-regulation, boundaries, support systems, family patterns, relationship shifts, and the mother-baby dyad as a bond that is built, not just born.
Because being held changes how you hold everything else.

I’m an occupational therapist, somatic trauma therapist, and mom to a beautiful baby boy.
I built Be & Become because I wanted support that could hold the whole picture.
Someone who could help with the practical questions — tummy time, feeding rhythms, sleep, routines, baby development, sensory needs, birth preparation, postpartum healing, and the real logistics of daily life with a baby.
And someone who could stay with the deeper ones, too: Who am I now? Where did I go? Why does this feel so big?
I wanted support that understood the baby without forgetting the mother. Support that knew postpartum is not just a recovery window, but a full reorganization of your body, identity, relationships, rhythms, and life.
My occupational therapy lens helps me see the daily-life, sensory, developmental, body-based, and functional pieces that often get missed. My somatic training helps me support the nervous system, not just talk about it.
And having moved through motherhood myself, I will never speak to you from above it. I am right alongside you.
This is the kind of support I wanted to exist.
So I built it.
& I am so happy you're here!
PERINATAL
BABY DEVELOPMENT
IS THIS YOU?
You don’t want to figure this out in pieces.
You want someone beside you for the whole thing.
You’re pregnant and want to prepare for more than birth — your body, your relationship, your home, your nervous system, your identity, and the life that starts after.
You’re postpartum and feel like you were handed a baby, a healing body, and a thousand contradictory pieces of advice.
You have questions about your baby’s development, feeding, sleep, sensory needs, milestones, tummy time, play, or daily rhythms.
Your nervous system feels stretched thin, and you want support that is practical, compassionate, and body-based.
You love your baby, and you also miss who you were.
You want support for both you and your baby, without having to choose whose needs matter more.
You’re tired of piecing together answers from late-night Google searches, social media, and five different providers.
You want one real person who knows your whole picture.
Pregnancy Foundation
First trimester through late pregnancy
For the mother who wants to begin early and feel grounded before everything changes. Together, we prepare for more than birth. We prepare for the body, life, relationship, nervous system, and identity that come after it.
This season is for you if you are pregnant and already sensing that motherhood is going to ask more of you than a registry checklist can hold.
YOU'LL MOVE TOWARD BIRTH FEELING
Grounded, prepared, and accompanied. Not just ready for labor, but supported for the life that begins after.
Birth Through Postpartum Bridge
Third trimester through early postpartum
For the mother standing at the edge of everything changing. This season helps you cross from pregnancy into postpartum with support already in place, instead of trying to build your village once you are already depleted.
Together, we prepare for the first days and weeks after birth — your healing, your baby's needs, your support system, your rhythms, your nervous system, and the identity shift that begins the moment everything changes.
YOU'LL ARRIVE IN POSTPARTUM
Less like you fell off a cliff and more like you had a bridge. Supported before the hardest days arrive.
Postpartum + Baby Support
Birth through the first year
For the mother who is in it. The baby is here. The body is healing. The identity is shifting. The questions are constant.
This season supports the mother-baby dyad as one connected system. Together, we hold the practical pieces and the deeper ones.
This season is for you if you want support that knows both of you: the baby who is learning the world, and the mother who is learning herself inside of it.
YOU'LL MOVE THROUGH POSTPARTUM FEELING
Like someone is in your corner who knows both you and your baby. Held in the season where mothers are too often left to figure it out alone.
Book a free discovery call and let's talk about where you are, what you need, and how Be & Become can support you, your baby and your family.
